The IONPURE® LX-Z IP-LXM30Z-5 is a premium industrial-grade Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) module engineered to deliver ultra-pure water without chemical regeneration. Designed for reliability in high-stakes environments, this membrane stack leverages Siemens’ patented CEDI technology to replace traditional mixed-bed ion exchange systems, eliminating hazardous chemical handling while ensuring consistent, high-quality output for critical industrial processes.
Chemical-Free Operation
Zero Chemical Regeneration: Utilizes electrical current to continuously regenerate ion-exchange resins, removing dissolved ions (e.g., salts, silica, heavy metals) without acids, alkalis, or neutralization systems. This reduces operational risks and waste disposal costs by >90% compared to conventional ion exchange.
Stable Output Quality: Produces water with resistivity >16 MΩ·cm (equivalent to or exceeding mixed-bed output), ensuring compliance with international purity standards for electronics, pharmaceuticals, and power generation.
