The IONPURE® LX-Z IP-LXM45Z-5 is an industrial-scale Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) module engineered to deliver ultra-pure water (UPW) with zero chemical regeneration. Designed for high-flow applications in demanding sectors such as power generation, electronics manufacturing, and large-scale chemical processing, this membrane stack leverages advanced electro-deionization technology to replace hazardous mixed-bed ion exchange systems.

High-Capacity Chemical-Free Operation
- Zero Chemical Regeneration: Utilizes electrical current to continuously regenerate ion-exchange resins, removing dissolved ions (salts, silica, heavy metals) without acids or alkalis.
- Consistent High Purity: Produces water with resistivity >16 MΩ*cm, exceeding mixed-bed performance and meeting stringent standards for semiconductor rinsing (SEMI F57) and boiler feedwater.

- High-Throughput Design: Delivers 5.1 -7.7 m³/h (2,250-3,390 GPH) of ultra-pure water, making it ideal for centralized skids in large industrial plants.

Operating Environment
The module should be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight, and ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed 113°F (45°C) to ensure its stable and efficient operation. This can effectively extend the service life of the module while ensuring the stability and reliability of the water quality.
