Thanks very much for your great quality and excellent service. The products are same as good as European counterparts, and we will keep contact and do more business with you!

We used the 4 units LED balloon lights last Friday, really amazing, and surpassed the client's expectation - the built quality and lighting performance, above all, the result is satisfactory. Thanks for your work! Well done!!

What Are the Common Troubleshooting Issues with Lighting Distribution Boxes?

Even well-installed systems can encounter issues. Systematic troubleshooting can quickly restore functionality and identify root causes.

The most common issue is a tripped circuit breaker. This is usually caused by a circuit overload (too many fixtures), a short circuit (a fault in the wiring or a fixture), or a ground fault. The first step is to unplug all devices on that circuit, reset the breaker, and then reconnect them one by one to identify the faulty component. If the breaker trips immediately with nothing connected, the fault lies in the permanent wiring.

Other issues include flickering lights, which may point to a loose neutral connection either at the breaker or a junction box. Complete failure of multiple circuits could indicate a problem with the main switch or incoming power supply. Persistent issues like breakers that feel hot to the touch or a burning smell require immediate disconnection of power and professional investigation, as they signal dangerous overloaded connections or failing components.
