Hager type RCCB magnetic residual current circuit breaker for Earth Leakage Protection 63A 30mA 2P 4P
Residual current circuit breaker (without over-current protection) is suitable for the line of AC 50/60Hz,voltage 240V(2pole)/415V(4pole),rated current up to 63A.When there is human electricity shock or if the leakage current of the line exceeds the prescribed value, RCCB will cut off the power rapidly to protect human safety and prevent the accident due to the current leakage.
It can be used as infrequent changeover of the line in normal situation. RCCB is applicable to industrial area, commercial area, tall building and civil house.
It complies with standard IEC/EN61008.1 and GB16916.1
The Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCBs) range is commonly used to open a circuit automatically in the case of an earth leakage fault between phase/ neutral and earth, greater or equal to 10, 30, 100, 300 or 500mA.

Application:
1. For protection against risk of fire due to live to earth fault where fault current is insufficient to cause over-current protection device to operate
2. For protection against risk of shock from indirect contact with equipment suffering a live to earth fault.
3. For protection against shock in potentially hazardous environment
4. As supplementary protection against shock from directly touching live parts
Note: An RCCB must not be used as the sole means of protection against touching live parts
