ntegraFlux™ Ultrafiltration (UF) modules with XP fiber are constructed using hollow fiber PVDF membranes that boast high permeability and mechanical strength. These modules offer outstanding performance, leading the industry in membrane area while consuming minimal energy and chemicals.

The specific advantages are as follows:

1. ‌High water permeability and effective particle removal‌: These modules have a 35% higher water permeability than previous generation ultrafiltration membrane modules, greatly improving operating efficiency and output. At the same time, the nominal pore size of 0.03μm can effectively remove bacteria, viruses and particles including colloids to protect downstream processes such as reverse osmosis (RO).
2. ‌Long service life and reliable and stable operation performance‌: The use of PVDF polymer hollow fiber membranes with high mechanical strength and high chemical resistance ensures the long service life of the membranes and reliable and stable operation performance.
3. ‌Adapt to high influent suspended solids content‌: The external pressure structure can tolerate higher influent total suspended solids (TSS) content, which can reduce the pretreatment process and reduce the backwash water consumption compared to the internal pressure structure.
4. ‌Suitable for large flow systems‌: These modules are suitable for systems with flow rates above 50m3/hr (220 gpm). The larger diameter membrane modules (8 inches) have the largest effective membrane area, which can achieve more economical membrane system design.
5. Adaptable to situations where system height is limited: SFP-2860XP and SFD-2860XP ultrafiltration membrane modules have a shorter module length, which is very suitable for situations where system height is limited.
