1) The SMC outdoor cable distribution box is fully insulated and safe to use: The box material is made of excellent insulating material SMC composite material, which has high insulation resistance and breakdown voltage, can prevent leakage accidents, maintain good dielectric properties at high frequencies, does not reflect, block the propagation of microwaves, does not rust and can be used for a long time. It is suitable for use in crowded or narrow places to avoid electric shock;
(2) The SMC outdoor cable distribution box is corrosion-resistant and has a long life: The box material SMC composite material has good corrosion resistance and can effectively resist corrosion from water, gasoline, alcohol, electrolytic salt, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium potassium compound urine, asphalt, various acid and alkali soils, and acid rain. The product itself has good anti-aging properties, and the surface of the product has a protective layer with strong UV resistance. The double protection makes the product have higher anti-aging properties; it is suitable for all kinds of severe weather, and can still maintain good physical and mechanical properties in an environment of -50℃—+150℃, with a protection level of IP54. The box has a long service life and is maintenance-free. PRODUCT FEATURES:
The SMC series is a new type of switch box, which is made of glass fiber reinforced polyester, with a waterproof rating of IP66 and an impact resistance of IK8. The characteristic of polyester is that it is itself mixed with 30% glass fiber to strengthen it, making it achieve a high electrical resistance and mechanical stiffness (IK8).
Compared with metal boxes, the SMC series weighs only 1/3 of metal boxes and is more adaptable to corrosion and humid environments.
